Hi I'm Pam and I want to welcome you to the Salvation Army in Llantwit Fardre.

The Salvation Army has had a presence in Llantwit Fardre since 2000 when the first steps were made towards setting up a local church.

Much has happened since then, we now meet weekly for worship in the Community Centre on Crown Hill. We welcomed our first adherent member of the church this year.  We have held several youth mission weeks, the latest at Easter 2009 when we were joined with a team from the USA. A group of teenagers meet regularly for Bible Study and to plan their own events.  Kidz Klub and Youth club are well attended.  Cameo has been running for 2 years and is loads of fun if you are free on a Tuesday afternoon.  Baby Song will start again at the end of September, this is a fun time for parents and their babies or toddlers.  SummerShine was bigger and better that previous years with over 100 children attending each day, a week of events for teenagers was also very successfull.

We hope that you will think about coming along to one of our events and looking forward to meeting up with you.

If you would like me to call and see you or you know someone who would welcome a visit let me know, I can always drink a cup of coffee.
